Terms and Conditions

  • The student acknowledges that exam results cannot be guaranteed by Dentalist.

  • Since the study materials are specifically printed for the student and have the student’s name, after printing there will be no return and refund.

  • If the student decides to cancel the course before the course starts or after 1 session of the course, the student can have the full tuition refund.

  • If the student decides not to continue the course after 3 sessions of the course, the students can have the tuition refund minus 100 $ per session.

  • If student decides not to continue the course after 3+1 sessions, there will be no tuition refund but under circumstances it may be reserved as a credit for the student.

  • Students can use the credits, based on the possibility and availability deducted by Dentalist.

  • Dentalist course credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the next immediate course.

  • In case of course cancelation by Dentalist before it commences, the student can have the full refund.

  • The student acknowledges that during the course, all the answers to the questions, the materials, and the presentations provided by instructors are based on the latest textbooks and references; however, it is the student’s own responsibility to ensure that these materials and answers are up-to-date and meet the student’s particular needs.

  • Dentalist will make their best efforts to offer the courses at the scheduled times and with the pre-determined instructors. Meanwhile, Dentalist shall have the right to adjust the course timelines, instructors, and the number of sessions and to cancel sessions or a course at its reasonable discretion.

  • It is strictly prohibited to transmit, reproduce, sell or distribute any course materials in any form or by any means, including but not limited to photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written consent of Dentalist.

  • Dentalist provides the student a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable ability to access and/or use the program materials for the student’s personal, non-commercial use.
  • Instructors have the very right to use any language, example or description to properly explain, define and help the students to completely understand the topics.
