- The student must acknowledge that Dentalist cannot guarantee exam results.
- Since the study materials are specifically printed for the student and have the student’s name, there will be neither return nor refund after printing.
- If the student decides to cancel the course before the course starts or after the first session of the course, the student can have the full tuition refund minus the fee for the study materials.
- If the student decides not to continue the course after 3 sessions of the course, the student can have the tuition refund minus 100 $ per session.
- If the student decides not to continue the course after 3 sessions (e.g., 4th session), there will be no tuition refund but under specific circumstances, it may be reserved as a credit for the student.
- Students can use the credits, based on the possibility and availability deducted by Dentalist.
- Dentalist course credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the next immediate course.
- In case of course cancelation by Dentalist before it commences, the student can have the full refund minus the fee of the study materials.
- The student acknowledges that during the course, all the answers to the questions, the materials, and the presentations provided by instructors are based on the latest textbooks and references; however, it is the student’s own responsibility to ensure that these materials and answers are up-to-date and meet the student’s particular needs.
- Dentalist will make their best efforts to offer the courses at the scheduled times and with the pre-determined instructors. Meanwhile, Dentalist shall have the right to adjust the course timelines, instructors, and the number of sessions and to cancel sessions or a course at its reasonable discretion.
- It is strictly prohibited to transmit, reproduce, sell or distribute any course materials in any form or by any means, including but not limited to photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written consent of Dentalist.
- Dentalist provides the student a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable ability to access and/or use the program materials for the student’s personal, non-commercial use.
- In the event of non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the class, Dentalist reserves the right to prohibit your further participation in the sessions and revoke access to the remaining classes. This decision will be final and non-negotiable.
- In the event of any harassment, disturbance, or disruption caused to students, instructors, or the flow of the class (including loud voice conversations and repetitive arguments) the institution reserves the right to remove the individual from further participation in the sessions and revoke their access to future classes. This decision will be final and not subject to reconsideration or appeal.
- It will not be tolerated by Dentalist for any student to privately video record sessions, without prior permission and coordination with the instructor or Dentalist. Any unauthorized recording will be considered a breach of the agreement and may result in immediate removal from the class and other necessary actions.
- All the course related communication will be via email, and it is student’s responsibility to check the email consistently including the spam folders.
- Dentalist utilizes student’s personal information for the provision of products and services as well as for the purposes of managing Dentalist’s business operations. Furthermore, as a course registrant, student acknowledge and consent to Dentalist occasionally publishing, reproducing , digitalizing, displaying, and otherwise using ,(a) student’s name, image , likeness, voice, and (b) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, and audiovisual materials of students self in an manner, form, or format on the Internet, and for the purpose of advertising or promotion of Dentalist services without further consent from or payment to students.
Registrants may refuse or withdraw consent to use and disclosure of their personal information at any time, in written format, subject to contractual and other legal obligations. However, doing so may preclude entitlement to benefits, sessions, or services without compensation or reimbursement in any form.
- Missed classes will NOT be compensated for in any way, so the student must closely adhere to the classroom time. If he/she absolutely cannot attend due to a major circumstance, he/she needs to ensure an arrangement with a colleague for missed notes as Dentalist does not have the obligation, nor may it have the feasibility, to repeat or replay lectures. It is, however, a good practice to inform the administrative staff of missed lectures regardless, in case there is preplanned make-up or repeat session(s).
- The violation of any agreement entered with Dentalist at any point in time may be grounds for dismissal from Dentalist services and grounds for being blacklisted from some or all future Dentalist’s services.
- To foster a productive and engaging learning environment, all students are required to keep their cameras turned on during live class sessions. This policy ensures active participation, better communication, and a sense of classroom community. Dentalist understands that certain circumstances may prevent a student from keeping their camera on. In such cases, the student must inform the instructor in advance and seek approval for an exception. Those who do not comply with this policy and have not sought or received prior approval may be removed from the class session.

Students will have access to recorded sessions for the duration of the course. However, please note that access to these materials will be revoked on the date of the examination. After this point, students will no longer be able to view the recorded sessions. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the course and its assessment process.
Students who enroll in a cycle are granted access to group classes for up to three consecutive cycles, including the one in which they initially registered. However, if they wish to attend lectures beyond this period, Dentalist reserves the right to charge an additional fee, which will be determined based on the number of subjects the student intends to participate in.

I, have thoroughly reviewed the terms, conditions, and clauses of this contract. I confirm that I fully understand all of its provisions. By signing this document, I commit to fulfilling all obligations and responsibilities outlined within it. Additionally, I acknowledge that any violation of these provisions may lead to legal or contractual consequences.
Furthermore, by signing this agreement, I hereby give my full consent for the institution to use and share my photos and personal details (First and last name) on social media platforms and related channels. This consent includes purposes such as promotional, educational, and informational activities, with the institution committing to use this information solely within professional boundaries.
